Very slow site speed

While I never experienced slow speeds myself, I'm curious how things are now for users that were seeing it before?

Made some backend changes (most notably, web traffic isn't being routed through the old load balancers any longer)... I think the load balancers may have been getting overloaded, so they are no longer in use.
